Monica and Viviana followed me both during the group lessons (5 people max) and during the individual postpartum lessons. I have always felt safe and I was never afraid of harming myself or my child during pregnancy. 7 months after giving birth I regained my shape and improved my elasticity and posture. It's a nice place to breathe and take some time for yourself thanks to the competent and kind staff

I only started practicing pilates with equipment a couple of months ago, but the improvements are already evident, both in terms of muscle tightness and flexibility. All the teachers are very good and qualified, there is always a lot of energy and you try new things, you never get bored. After I stopped rhythmic gymnastics I struggled to find something that stimulated me and now I have found it! The studio is very nice, spacious and with lots of new equipment that improves the effects of the training.

Great professionalism and availability! Very welcoming environment and good variety of courses. I followed a bit of everything to understand which course suited me best, from matwork, to dynamic yoga, to tools and the latter, in the context of a semi-private lesson, are more suitable for people like me who have specific needs !
